42 puts the person at the centre of their learning. For this reason, the academy is open 24/7. In 42 there are deadlines but time management depends 100% on each person.

WORK EXPERIENCE
As part of the learning process there are work experiences in companies that are eager to meet the talent of 42. Of course, getting this work experience will depend on the attitude, willingness and knowledge of the students.
